Top pressure roller as standard
A top roller across the full feed width improves traction on twisted and irregular boards. With us it is part of the machine, not an extra.
Laser system, 2 to 8 lasers
Visible laser cut lines projected directly onto the material. We scale the number of lasers to the number of blades, from 2 to 8, for precise positioning without a gauge.
Digital control panel
Digital setting of blade position and feed speed with a numeric readout. You set the position precisely and repeatably, not by hand estimate.
Full-width pressure system
Sprung pressure rollers hold the material with constant pressure across the full width of the belt, not at a single point. A clean and stable cut even on twisted and uneven boards.
Movable marking and measuring
A fence with sliding markers on the operator side lets you set the cut dimension once and repeat it without measuring every board. Quick changeover between jobs.
Full-length side guide fence
An aluminium guide fence leads the board along the full length of the feed and folds down when you do not need it. It keeps the material on the cutting axis without drifting even at high feed.

Up to 8 blades in a single pass

Expandable cutting range
